Training Management

On-line training is flexible in delivery. For the manger over seeing this training, the most important item is to see the results of who and when the training was undertaken . For the EHS manager these records can be included into Workcover reports.
In the Skills area, particularly those that are specialist to the company, having an accurate record of achievements and the HR qualities of achievement, is of great assistance.
