Large Projects:
Large Projects may cover a re-focus of safety directions with a portfolio of on-line training modules or a succession of marketing programs for sales agents and outlets focussing on products and services. No project succeeds unless it is sold to the participants and creates enthusiasm.
The project begins with a Proof of Concept. The produced project document becomes the blueprint from which normal project management skills may be applied. This can involve a group of companies. Opportunities for economies of scale are always considered.
Large Projects undertaken generally start above $50,000 and may include many media over varying time-frames.
Mid Size Projects:
When a project maybe summarised in one appointment and is largely self contained, this a mid size project.
Mid Size projects can include
- Conversion of classical training programs to include a significant amount of e-Learning,
- Components of courses presented as webinars or webcasts
Often this can involve a blended learning approach with classroom, field training and assignments.
Once the project is clearly defined a fixed price for completion is usual
