Safety Compliance using Flexible Training for Electrical Safety
Many factory and safety managers are continually finding it difficult to convince workers and contractors that they need to take electrical safety seriously. For these workers to know what to do when a few items are not quite right and there is pressure to finish the job is covered in the on-line Electrical Safety module. Electrical accidents are simulated to show the consequences using video clips.
The same seems to also apply to casual staff when they do not quite know when and when not to use a Lock Out device that may upset other workers. In this e-learning module a strict protocol for Lockout/Tagout is described and demonstrated for all the workers to understand. The included questions confirm the understanding of participants and are held in a central database. This data maybe used for inclusion in Workcover reports.
