Program Outlines
The programs from this site are either specialist programs developed by industry associations for their members or customised programs for member companies. The programs supplied are largely Power Point type presentations, some with Voice-over and video examples and introductions assembled for broadband delivery. These programs are usually supervised by an RTO (Registered Training Organisation) as the programs become part of overall training agenda - part of a blended learning approach.
Many member companies have these programs directly linked into their own Intranet with the option of the courses to be developed in-house. .
Some companies have programs that are mandatory and other programs that are made available for enthusiastic personnel to further their knowledge.
The types of programs that are used include:
- Individual Inductions and safety programs for companies or clusters of companies
- Customer Service programs and new product feature programs for dispersed sales personnel
- Industry best practice programs adopted from Industry Associations training programs
- The E-learning component of courses that are run by Registered Training Organisations
- General purpose programs that have become available from suppliers and members
E-learning programs are presentations delivered through the internet with included questions and question sections to confirm the users understanding. The user is registered to an enterprise.
The programs are designed for broadband delivery with cut down versions developed when required.
